Show off your green thumb with this succulent planter workshop!
In this workshop led by Brooke, participants will receive a pre-made vessel to design and decorate. Coiling and other handbuilding methods will be covered to guide participants through adding succulents/floral elements and other embellishments. Upon completion, planters will fit a small to medium size plant. Planters will be provided as a solid pot and it is up to the participant to add drainage hole if they prefer.
This is a Level 1 glazing workshop. Cost of workshop covers all materials, level 1 glaze, and firing. Participants may be interested in registering for our Glazing 101 workshop in order to learn and explore advanced glazing techniques. Please note that the Glazing 101 workshop is a prerequisite for any glazes beyond Level 1.
Please bring a towel to your workshop to use for wiping hands and any accessories. Food is not permitted in the studio, however drinks with a closed lid are welcome. Projects will be ready for glazing 2-3 weeks post workshop. An email with a link to book your glazing time will be sent as soon as projects are out of the kiln.
